Carlos Henriquez, a former student of Juilliard, New York, went on to take up bass duties for trumpeter, composer and bandleader Wynton Marsalis at the age of 17. Along side his continuing role, he has also toured and recorded with likes of George Benson, Jocelyn Brown, Whitney Houston and others. As well as extensive tours with Wynton Marsalis, Carlos teaches both electric and upright bass in his native New York.
